That wealth came from the printed money of your country’s Central Bank which made you think you became wealthier because you were selling quality products or services or because you’re successful. This is disillusion! It is just because of the Inflation and capital movements. A good part of the money, you previously made, was just inflation.
However, this doesn’t mean that your products or services are near to shit. No, what I mean is that your clients used to borrow money cheaply as your country’s central bank lowered the prices of interest rates in that time which made the borrowing cheaper in which it created the demand on your products or services as there was a lot of cash in the banks and banks had to lend to someone even if he is not creditworthy.
However, the aim of your country’s central bank was to encourage people to buy real estates to develop this sector as well as ensuring that the capital injected in the economy stays in your country. Though, you, are like any jerk short-term thinker, decided to increase the prices and planned your whole life on the assumption that this would last forever. Eventually, you are struggling to survive in the market now as there is no demand on your products or services due to your pricing strategy.
So my advice to you, lower your prices while adjusting the quality or size of your products and services and survive. If you are paying high salaries, start firing people. If your rent is expensive, go to another area with a lower rent price.
Whenever you approach a client, you can sense their ignorance when it comes to Marketing. Most of them think that a Marketing Plan should be created in a matter of days. Believe me, if a marketing plan was created in a few days, this is not actually a marketing plan, this might be a short-term plan to troubleshoot your business marketing problem.
However, Marketing Plans, or at least how I learnt to do them and how I actually executed them and succeeded in implementing them, are usually based on a market research, clear budget and data.
Before you even think of having a marketing plan, you should have a sales budget to give a framework for this marketing plan. You usually find business owners asking you to prepare a marketing plan with no budget for it. And they also don’t have any data to support their sales projections. Most of them have two assumptions in marketing:
- The more connections you have, the more sales you produce. If you are well connected, why are you calling me?
- They are so attached to their previous success. Maradona was the best footballer in the world and now Messi. People get old and young people take their place, just live with it.
I’m not arguing against these two assumptions because you need to have connections and a good history in the market. But, this is not all you need to make sales. Any market in the world is based on this economic theory which is Supply and Demand. You need to smell what sells in your market in order to plan how to offer your products and/or services to the target clients. Otherwise, you should expect to lose.
Moreover, most of the business owners live beyond their means, there aren’t any clear salary for them and take their business as their credit card. Whenever they need cash, they just take from there. This isn’t how business goes, if you need to succeed, you should also have a clear budget for your expenses and make sure that you control your spending behavior. Otherwise, you will start increasing your prices to cover the cost of your business and eventually and at one point you will go bankrupt.
To sum up, before you ask anyone to prepare a marketing plan, make sure you have a clear annual budget and base your targets on a market research and data. It would be easier for any marketing planner to prepare a marketing plan then. It is also recommended to have the right people to execute the marketing plan.
Lastly, don’t expect anyone to wipe your ass, go to any grocery store and buy your toilet papers.
من الملاحظ عدم وجود ترابط بين الفكر السياسي للقيادة السياسية العربية والفكر العسكري الممثل في القوات المسلحة للجيوش العربية المشاركة في الحربين على الجماعات المسلحة في كل من سوريا واليمن.
من الواضح او ما يحاول ان يسوق لنا ان الهدف السياسي للحرب على الجماعات المسلحة في اليمن هو لمنع تمدد النفوذ الايراني وبالنسبة لسوريا هو لمكافحة الإرهاب وجماعاته. لو صدقنا هذه الأهداف جدلا, لرأينا انه لا يوجد تطابق عسكري واضح لهذه الأهداف على الارض الواقع. لأنه من الجدير بالذكر ان الهدف العسكري الرئيسي للنزاعات المسلحة هو تدمير قوات الطرف الاخر بحيث لا تسمح له بإعتراض الاهداف السياسية للطرف المنتصر.
ومن الاخطاء العسكرية الشائعة التي مورست كثيرا خلال الصراع العربي الاسرائيلي او حتى في معاهدات السلام العربية الاسرائيلية, وهو التركيز بشكل مبالغ فيه على ارجاع الاراض العربية وليس على تدمير القوة العسكرية للعدو الصهيوني والتي تستطيع استرجاع هذه الاراضي في اي مواجه عسكرية في الوقت الحالي.
في عام 1968, عرضو اليهود ارجاع شبه جزيرة سيناء لمصر في مقابل وقف اطلاق النار مع مصر ولكن رفض الرئيس الراحل جمال عبد الناصر هذه العرض لأن ارجاع الارض ليس هو الهدف الحقيقي لهذا الصراع. ان الهدف الرئيسي لهذا الصراع ظل وما زال هو اضعاف قوات العدو في الوقت الحالي وتدميرها لاحقا لكي لا تتمكن من استراجع الارضي التي احتلتها في حربين 1948 و1967. وهذه ما فعلته اسرائيل تماما مع جارتها العربية في حرب 1967, حيث لم تكن تهدف فقط لتوسيع الرقعة الجغرافية لدولتها, بل ركزت اولا على تدمير سلاح الجو العربي حتى يصبح لها التفوق الجوي لأجلا غير مسمى وتمنع القوات المسلحة العربية من التمتع بغطاء جوي في اي مواجه عسكرية مقبلة, ومن الجدير بالذكر انه بعد مرور اكثر من 48 عام على حرب 1967 ما زالت القوات الجوية للعدو الصهيوني متوفقة على جارتها العربية.
من المحتمل انه لا يوجد القدرة العسكرية الكافية او الكفؤة في الوقت الراهن لتمدير الجماعات المسلحة بشكل حاسم ونهائي في سوريا واليمن ومن المحتمل ايضا انه لا يوجد ارادة سياسية كافيه لتحقيق ودعم هكذا هدف عسكري.
مع ذلك لا تزال الدول العربية تملك التفوق في ميزان القوة الاسترايجية على المدى الطويل وهي اتساع الارض وثروة الطبيعية وعدد السكان. اذ ما قرنها من نظيرتها في حروبها الحالية. من المؤكد انه لا يوجد ادارة كفؤة لإستغلال عناصر القوة الاسترايجية الثلاثة. ولكن على المدى البعيد, اذا تمكن العرب من استغلال عدد سكانهم وثرواتهم الطبيعية واتساع رقعتهم الجغرافية, سيتمكنون من الحسم العسكري في موجهاتهم المشابه في كل من سوريا واليمن.
Why me or even anyone decides to give up, is more likely because we aren’t getting a return out of our efforts and attempts to achieve something.
How many times you joined the gym where you tried to lose weight or getting muscles and eventually after a couple of weeks you decide not go anymore.
This is the first mistake we, humans, always do. We under-estimate or don’t measure properly how long it should take to achieve your goal.
How many times in the middle of your job search, you decided to give up looking for a job where you desperately need a job to pay your bills?
This is the second mistake we, humans, always do. We demand quick response for our goals. We expect that the next employer must interview you whenever he sees your CV. This is bullshit. No one really reads your CV or gives a crap about it. You should consider that this employer has a limited budget for hiring additional employees and definitely prefers someone who is affordable and simply can do the job.
This is the fucked up truth. Measure twice and cut once!
Unfortunately, most of the states are using and commercializing any cause in their way to make money and get benefits out of these causes.
You can notice when a state wants to open a trade relationship with a foreign rich and powerful country that supports your enemy, they’re willing to change the whole strategy of the state that they were pursing since its establishment.
For instance, if your enemy is obsessed about his security, the state you’re living in might send an outstanding proposal to your enemy or his ally; such as the best way of protecting your enemy’s boarders and not allowing anyone crossing your boarders to attack him.
So, your state has become a contractor where it’s offering its cheapest price to your enemy to protect him and get some foreign aid, grants, loans, investments, weapons, training and other possible things in exchange of giving up a cause that its nation firmly and strongly believes in.
